As business guests, we were impressed with the helpful and professional staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The hotel's convenient location near the Goldbrunnenplatz tram station made it easy to get around. The included breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for both adults and children. We also appreciated the free parking available during our stay.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was super clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a delicious breakfast offering a wide variety of choices. The location in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful stay. We also appreciated the easy access to transportation, as the hotel was conveniently near the Goldbrunnenplatz station. This made it very easy to reach the hotel from the central station and explore this city.

Luckily, Hotel Neufeld was able to accommodate me in less than 20 minutes. The staff were great too meet my needs, even providing utensils and plates for my kosher meals. The hotel's considerate and accommodating service made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel.
